Roller Shutter terms and conditions
** The deal 10 shutters for $9500+GST is for a single story tiled roof house and does not include bay windows. All shutters are switch motor electric shutters.
For double story homes there will be extra charges, Please check at the time of quote.
All shutter profiles and motors comes with 10 years manufacturers warranty and does not cover any damages caused by hail or any malicious damages.
All shutter profiles repairs or replacements does not cover labour cost as advised at the time of claim.
All electric motors comes with 10 years warranty excluding labour cost $350 and will comes with 12 months warranty.
Any roller shutter electric motors and parts warranty covers only if replaced by Screen-Doors Pty ltd installers.
Any replacement parts replaced by customer will not cover any warranty on any Screen-Doors Pty Ltd products.
All manual shutter profiles comes with 10 years warranty and does not cover any warranty on winders and cables.
Screen Doors terms and conditons
There will be an additional charge of $80 for standard door size .6 privacy mesh and $20 charge for a door closer.
Black Door locks comes standard with every door any other colour door lock will attract $20 extra on the top of door price on the quote.
*Free 10 Years extended warranty applies to all doors sold between July 2024 to June 2025. Extended warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not includes regular wear and tear or any malicious damages caused to the products sold by Screen-Doors Pty Ltd.
By purchasing any products or services through Screen-Doors Pty Ltd,Screen-Doors Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages caused to the customer’s property by theft or any other form of damage.

Payment terms and conditions
To place the order minimum 30 percent deposit is required and the balance is required 3 days before the installation date to proceed with the installation. Without full payment the products remains the property of Screen-Doors pty ltd and any deposit given will be forfieted.
Cancellations
If customer cancels the order after 24hrs of giving the initial deposit for any screen-doors products or its services there will be a 30% restocking fee. Any special colours will attract an additional fee of minimum $250+GST excluding the door or shutter prices.
